A Heartfelt Year-End Message to the Authentica-Group Family

As we bid farewell to 2023, my heart is filled with gratitude and purpose. I extend my deepest thanks to the incredible clients who entrusted me with their coaching journey. Witnessing the transformation and success of each one of you has been an absolute joy. I am equally grateful for the unwavering support from everyone who embraced this new venture alongside me.

Embarking on this path meant overcoming the daunting challenge of breaking away from a thriving 30+ year career in sales and marketing. The journey demanded constant reflection on my purpose and "why." Confronting fear is no easy feat—it requires tremendous mental energy, dedicated reading, journaling, conversations with fellow travelers, and persistent self-belief. Most days, I navigate this journey with confidence, fueled by my innate vision for the road ahead.

Recently, I pondered whether my message was clear, whether people fully understood how I developed the business, and most importantly, whether I was clear on the value I could bring to people. This reflection prompted me to articulate the true meaning of my work.

My purpose is simple yet profound: to Connect and inspire people to learn and grow. Regardless of where we stand in our careers or the paths we've traversed, every day presents an opportunity for growth and development. I don't confine myself to a specific industry because, at the core, we are all individuals. My greatest joy lies in working with those who share the desire to learn and grow.

My expertise lies in fostering connections and inspiring individuals to flourish in their career journeys. Clients range from those seeking personal growth to reach new heights to businesses aspiring to cultivate and enhance the skills of their top-performing employees and by delivering tremendous educational opportunities through “Connect & Inspire” events and speaking engagements.
