Announcing Tina B. as the Keynote Speaker

Dedicated to rescuing audiences from dull speeches, Tina B. brings over 20 years of experience in teaching communication and theatre, with a decade at Creighton University. As a former Disney Cast Member, Leadership Iowa participant, and TEDx speaker and coach, Tina is on a mission to ignite passion and self-awareness in others, transforming their speaking style through dynamic workshops in improvisation, storytelling, temperament, and communication.

Tina has shared her expertise with a diverse range of clients, including Practical Farmers of Iowa, First National Bank, FEDx, Children's Hospital, and many more. Armed with dual BAs in communication studies and psychology, as well as theatre and English teaching from UNI, she furthered her education with a master’s degree in communication studies from UNO. Her impressive array of certificates includes Advanced Professional Writing, Keirsey’s Temperament theory, Holistic Coaching, and mastery of the 4 Levels of Improvisation.

Adding author to her list of accomplishments, Tina has published a book with Manuscripts Publishing titled "Discovering Our Magnetic Speaker Within." Throughout her career, she has held notable positions such as Malvern Bank’s Chief Creative Officer, roles at Golden Hills RC&D, and contributions to the success of Omaha Steaks.
